1. What kind of tickets can be purchased in the reservation system?                                                                                                                                          Standard ticket €18, discounted ticket €11, family ticket €36, walk on the edge €41, walk on the edge for 4 €123, evening visit (ticket includes a free welcome drink at the restaurant) €10. All tickets purchased from the reservation system guarantee a timed entry.

2. Why is an e-ticket cheaper than a ticket bought on-site at the TV tower?                                                                                                                                           An e-ticket comes with a guaranteed entry time to the tower. Since the TV Tower's viewing platform can accommodate up to 100 people at a time, buying a ticket on-site might involve waiting.

3. Can I change the visit time on a ticket purchased online?                                                                                                                                                              Changes are possible only once, and if there are still 3 hours left until the visit time. To make a change, write to teletorn@teletorn.ee

4. What happens if I don't arrive at the tower at the booked time?                                                                                                                                                        Your timed entry will expire, but you can use the e-ticket as a standard ticket for entry on the same day. No refund is provided for an unused ticket that was not used in time.

5. How can I visit the TV Tower if I buy a ticket for a specific date and time?                                                                                                                                     Arrive at the TV Tower at the designated time (it's recommended to come even 15-20 minutes earlier and familiarize yourself with the offerings on the lower floors) and wait for your turn there. A display board will notify you when it's time to head to the elevator.

6. Why can't I buy more than 9 tickets at once?                                                                                                                                                                                     Group bookings (starting from 10 people) are handled at teletorn@teletorn.ee.

7. How is the queue managed on-site?                                                                                                                                                                                                     When buying a ticket on-site at the TV Tower, you'll receive a queue number and information about how many people are in front of you. On-site screens will let you know exactly when it's your turn to enter.
