TALLINN TV TOWER & GOSWIFT

Tallinn TV Tower is a building built for transmitting broadcastings, and it is the tallest building in Estonia – the height of the tower is 314 metres.

In 2012, the newly renovated TV tower opened its doors to visitors once more, and it has since become a new tourism magnet in the city. In addition to excellent panoramic views at the height of 170 metres, the visitors can see an interactive multimedia exhibition on the 21st floor, where the scientific accomplishments of Estonians in the world are being showcased.

You can find information about the opening times of the TV tower and services on offer here:   www.teletorn.ee

The GoSwift electronic (border) queue system was developed in Estonia in 2011 by Girf OÜ (now GoSwift OÜ) at the request of the Ministry of the Interior. The company cooperated closely with the Association of Estonian International Road Carriers. At the Estonian-Russian road border GoSwift has been operating the border queues of vehicles for almost 2 years. The GoSwift electronic border queue system was nominated the best e-Government service in 2013 at the Estonian National Pre-Selection Contest for the World Summit Award.

Queue system at TV-tower was developed in cooperation with SA Tallinna Teletorn.
